Love my Bullet Pro board. When I had an issue customer service responded within 24 hours.

Lots of fun but less than sturdy

We’ve had fun playing with the board, but one of the D-rings to attach the kayak seat pulled out of the board the 1st time out. The black tape that holds the top and bottom of the board together has lost its seal and it is leaking air. Very disappointing.

Body Glove Bullet Pro

I got the Body Glove Bullet Pro from Costco and was very happy with the overall package. The included equipment got is handy and reasonable quality and there is a lot hear for what I paid so it feels like a really good value compared to other boards even at regular prices. The only thing I dislike about this board is the fins are built into the board making it hard to put back into the included travel bag. I'm concerned I"m going to ruin the fins but I haven't been able to get it back into the bag the way the instructions recommend putting in away. Its a bit strange to me that the way its shipped inst the way the instructions say to put it in the bag. If you roll the board in anyway the fins are either on the outside and are in all directions around the board or they are on the inside with pressure placed on them and bending them.

i love my supyak. this is my second one, had an issue with the first and they replaced it immediately.
