Don't expect help if it fails

I bought a new case when I bought my new phone, and put the phone in the case that night. I was running on a paved trail a few months later when it slipped out of my hand. When it hit the pavement, the glass on the back cracked. I contacted Body Glove to see if they would help me get my phone fixed. Body Glove directed me to Fellowes, which provides the phones to Body Glove. Fellowes seemed interested in helping at first, but they needed me to send in my case. They returned it with a generic statement that they don't guarantee against damage to the phone, and there's no way for me to prove that the case was defective. They won't help at all. Don't trust the claims that they are 6 foot drop tested.

The first one IS NOT what I typed. Will try again. iPhone 14 Pro Case. When I place calls everyone says they can’t hear me. Takes 15-20 seconds before they can. The say Hello, hello, hello. I take the phone out of the case and they can hear me. Feel free to delete the first review.

Callers can’t hear you

So first off, I’m a die-hard body glove phone case fan. I’ve been getting these cases for years now, so when I got my iPhone 14 last year, I couldn’t wait until body glove finally came out with a case for it. My last cases have not been waterproof, which I’ve never really cared about. I only care about not breaking my phone in a fall, which happens more often than I’d like. Anyways, there is a HUGE problem with the design of this case. Callers cannot hear you unless you use speaker or AirPods (or some other Bluetooth earbuds). For the first time in a long time, I am looking at other brands. Please fix this! Or make a non-waterproof version.
